My Story

I spent 31 years in senior leadership at a statewide governmental association.

I was good at my job. Reliable. Professional. Loyal.

But despite decades of experience, I had very little control over my future.

My ideas were ignored, delayed, or shut down — and growth had stalled.

I stayed longer than I wanted to because I had responsibilities.
Then at 57, I retired — and built my own business.

Suddenly, life felt new. Exciting. Challenging.

And finally — mine.

What I Learned
